TRAINER | SPEAKER | HYPE WOMAN

I’m a digital sustainability trainer, wellbeing consultant, speaker and lifestyle blogger based in the North East of England.Since February 2025 I've also been training to become an accredited EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner - a journey that's as much about my own growth as it is about supporting others. I discovered EFT during a period of deep grief and change, and it quickly became a powerful tool for navigating loss, ADHD and the messy beauty of midlife.I'm stepping into this next chapter with curiosity and purpose, learning how to help others move through stuck emotions, old stories, and the parts of themselves they've been told to hide. It's not about fixing people, it's about offering a space where they can feel seen, heard, and held as they reclaim their own strength.I'm excited to be adding this string to my bow but I can already see how it will weave beautifully into everything else I do: coaching, writing, speaking and building communities.Follow me at @loveyourselffirsteft

DIGITAL CARBON LITERACY & WELLBEING EDUCATOR

THE DIGITAL GENE

I co-founded The Digital Gene in 2018. We help entrepreneurs and small businesses make their space on the internet greener by creating low carbon websites and tools that reduce their energy costs and CO2 emissions.We also provide green hosting for all sizes of websites, software and platforms using renewable energy recognised by the Green Web Foundation.Wordpress Security & Support is a key part of our offer from small blogs to large corporate sites. We provide monthly security updates to themes, PHP and plugins along with regular maintenance and audits. We also offer a Wordpress rescue service to regain websites from hackers and prevent future cyber attacks.We rescued at least a dozen sites of differing sizes and complexity in 2024.Visit The Digital Gene
